YOUR PRICE BOOKING

Registration and Account:

1.1. By registering on the 'Your Price Booking' platform, the hotelier agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address for verification purposes. The hotel services and amenities, and any other relevant details. The hotelier acknowledges that they have the right to dispose of the information provided and grant the platform the right to use this information at its discretion.

Listing and Booking Accommodations:

2.1. The hotelier can list their accommodations on the platform, specifying availability and pricing. 2.2. The hotelier is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their listings. 2.3. The hotelier agrees to honor the terms and conditions of the booking agreement made through the platform, providing the booked accommodation as described, for the specified duration and price, and with all the advertised services.

Pricing and Payment:

3.1. The hotelier has the discretion to set the prices for their accommodations. 3.2. Payment for the booking is made directly from the user to the hotelier upon check-in. 3.3. The hotelier must accurately calculate and display all applicable taxes, fees, and charges in their listings.

Cancellations and Refunds:

4.1. The hotelier must specify their cancellation policy in their listing. 4.2. Users have the right to cancel their bookings in accordance with the specified cancellation policy. 4.3. Refunds or compensation for cancellations are handled as per the hotelier's policy.

Reviews and Ratings:

5.1. Users can provide reviews and ratings based on their experiences with the accommodations. 5.2. The hotelier may also provide reviews about users, based on their interactions and experiences. 5.3. Reviews and ratings are publicly displayed on the platform and can impact the reputation and visibility of the listings.

Account Limitations:

6.1. The hotelier's account may be suspended or deactivated if they provide false information in their listings or engage in any gross violations. 6.2. The hotelier's account may also be suspended if they have an outstanding balance of $20 or more for platform services.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1. The platform acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided by users or the availability or quality of accommodations. 7.2. The hotelier agrees that the platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or the booking of accommodations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
